Sugartown Home Design

The Sugartown two-story home is a classic center hall plan with nine-foot eight-inch first floor ceilings, a formal dining room and a cozy study flanking the foyer.

The heart of the home is a fireside family room with a coffered ceiling and bookshelves. Adjoining the family room is an island kitchen and morning room that lead to a large outside deck.

From the two-car garage a rear hallway, two pantry closets, two coat closets, a powder room, and a laundry room complete the first floor.

Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom suite features a tray ceiling, two large walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath. Two guest bedrooms and a shared bath are also located on the second floor.

A screened porch, an elevator and a three-car garage are available as optional features.
